1.    The machine structure consists of cup feeding system(optional), cup falling system, filling system, cap film feeding system, benchmarking correction system, sealing system, waste collection system , cup output system, CIP device, centralized lubrication system and controlling system.
 
2.    The main machine frame is stainless steel welding produced and the surface polishing.
 
3.    The conveyor system is servo motor driving and precise divider driving, which is simple and reliable with highly precise movement and scale division. The main driving shaft has position inspecting function, which can monitor moving position constantly.
 
4.    The cup falling system adopts two pneumatic claws separated structure and vacuum sucking cup and put cup system
 
5.    The sterilization system (Optional) adopts German Heraeus highly efficient sterilizing lamp with 99%/2s efficiency
 
6.    The filling system is built-in design which is convenient and easy for maintenance. The product enters into the jar from side at low position so as to avoid creating foam. Metering pump is plunger type and high cleaning structure. Precise measurement and complete cleaning. Filling with no leakage and a little foam
 
7.    The sealing system is electrical heating and sealing, pneumatic driving. The heating sealing head is PID controlled.
