Application:
YSYGF-48 Automatic Rotary Plastic Bottle Filling & Sealing Machine is applied to packing liquid products into bottles like yogurt, milk, drink, and so on.
 
Feature:
1.    The main machine structure consist of conveyor system, filling system, cap making system, aluminum cap film convey system, cap adding system, high frequency sealing system, driving system, centralized lubricating system, pneumatic system, electrical controlling system and so on.
 
2.    The machine frame is good quality carbon steel table and support post. The integral stainless steel plate and water receiving tank are easy for cleaning. Both the support base and enclose plate are stainless steel. The whole machine is enclosed.
 
3.    Filling system: Piston filling, high precision filling;316 stainless steel liquid filling valve.
 
4.    The cap making system adopts split type cap making device, low position put film and height adjustable.
 
5.    Aluminum cap conveyor and adding cap system: the aluminum cap skidway feed the cap. The photo sensor inspects whether there is jam in the skidway. The machine will stop automatically and will be alarming if cap jammed. The machine will stop automatically and be alarming if no cap detect.
 
6.    The high frequency sealing system is composed of coil, sealing press plate, silica gel. After induct the current, the aluminum film produce heat and finish sealing. The cooling device is composed of booster pump and pipes, which is used to cool the electrical board and controlling cabinet.
