Process description:

Activated carbon with a crystallite structure, the crystal is completely irregular, the crystal has a micro hole (radius of less than 20 (10-10m)), the transition hole (radius 20~1000), the large hole (radius 100~100000), so it has a large inner surface, the surface area of 500~1700m²/g. This determines that activated carbon has a good adsorption, can adsorb the metal ions in wastewater and waste gas, harmful gases, organic pollutants, such as pigment. Industrial application of activated carbon also requires a large mechanical strength, good wear resistance, and its structure is stable, the energy needed to absorb small, in favor of regeneration. Activated carbon  adsorption capacity is that it has a large specific surface area, as well as its fine porous surface structure, can be widely used in oil, beverages, food, drinking water, bleaching, dehydration, gas separation, solvent recovery and air conditioning, used as catalyst carrier and adsorbent, suitable for exhaust gas treatment process and odor removal.
