1. Technical characteristic
(1). Corrosion resistance: epoxy vinyl ester resin can be used to resist the corrosion of sulfur and fluorine containing flue gas and liquid in thermal power plant.

(2)Heat resistance: (hot deformation temperature) is used as epoxy vinyl ester resin with (hot deformation temperature) to 104℃ and 154℃, instantaneous temperature resistance of up to 220℃.

(3)Abrasion resistance: when the pipeline is made of wear-resistance material, the inner surface layer and the outer surface layer are smooth and the roughness coefficient is low, and the wear resistance performance is excellent in the solid content15% liquid.

(4)Thermal shock resistance: glass fiber reinforced with epoxy resin has good thermal shock resistance and can avoid the delamination under the condition of thermal shock when the temperature reaches 200 ℃.

(5)Winding forming: the microcomputer control of long fiber reciprocating continuous winding process production, according to the work conditions, can be greatly improved the bonding performance of each layer of glass fiber reinforced plastic, and avoid the ring to crack.
