Manganese oxide mineral exists in form of kinds of manganese oxide, and with the manganese content is over 85%. And the main beneficiation method of mangangese oxide ore is gravity spearation and magnetic separation.

For gravity separation of manganese oxide, it is fed into crushers through feeder hopper and conveyor. Then vibrating screen is used to separate the size of 0-8mm and 8-30mm na d+30mm. The mineral of +30mm will go back to the crusher for second crushing while the 0-8mm and 8-30mm minerals go for jiggers of 2LTC6109/8T and AM30 separately for jigging gravity separation to gain manganese concentrate of 0-8mm and 8-30mm.

About the magnetic separation of manganse oxide, it needs intensity magnetic separator. This manganese magnetic separator cnbe used in upgrading of fine, medium inlay manganese. Similar to gravity separation, jaw crushers, vibration screen will be involved before separation. The manganese magnetic separator adopts NdFeB magnet with its own feeders. It can be also used in upgrading of hematite and limonite.  This manganese magnetic separator can avoid dust to guartee health of operater with its circle-closed structure.
