    Omega's baking decks are hermetic and totally independent offering the possibillity of selecting different for ceiling and floor,in this way it is possible to bake at the same time different products in each deck or,in case of periods with less production,it's possible to use only some decks avoiding to heat the whole oven(running economy).

    Models from 2 to 4 trays, possibility of laying till 4 chambers one on the top of the other,more than 20 solutions for pastry shops,bakeries,hotels,fast-food,restaurants.
