Drill pipe hardbanding machine , light -weight and easy to operate. Applications in oil and gas industry, auto weld hardfacing (wear protection pad) on drill pipe, heavy weight drill pipe, tool joint, other tools used in drilling applications.  Also it can weld hardface on drilling stabilizer (casing centralizer).

This machine is controled by CNC, equipped with Lincoln welder
Welding spec:
2 3/8" - 9" tool joint (It is available for 18 degree or 35 degree inclined surface, excircle, inclined surface can continues building-up welding)
2 3/8" - 9"  common drill pipe, heavy weight drill pipe, or there 18degree inclined surface
