The equipment for fluorite beneficiation is floatation separation and gravity separation. The floatation separation is mainly for low-grade fluorite, and fine grain size embedded to gain high-grade fluorite powder. Gravity separation separates according to different densities of mineral and gangue to gain metallurgy fluorite.

The fluorite jiggers are mainly AM30 jigger for granularity size of 8-30mm and LTA1010/2 jigger for granularity size of 0-8mm.

The combination of both jigging machines can deal with liberated flourite ore of 0-30mm. Forui improves the AM30 jigger on foundation of original AM30 model to develop new-type fluorite jigger. This fluorite jigger is of large treatment capacity, high recovery rate, wide feeding range and good beneficiation efficiency. This jigger has gained great praises and has been welcome to many provinces in China, and it is exported to Mongolia for lumpy fluorite separation.
