galena ore upgrading machine help to get high grade lead concentrate

Galena is lead sulfide with density of 7.4-7.6g/cm3 and gangue density of 2.2-3g/cm3. The big embedded granules and density difference makes gravity separation a great beneficiation method to upgrade galena. For gravity separation of galena lead ore, the separator involved is mainly jigger. After crushing, the galena granules will be dessociated  or liberated from impurities and jiggers will separate the galena granules out from impurities to gain galena concentrate. Finally, the high grade concentrate of galena can be gained with a high recovery rate and great beneficiation efficiency.
