YSXDR Fully Automatic Plastic Cup Forming, Filling and Sealing Machine is widely used in packing yogurt, milk, cheese, water and so on. The whole process includes: below film pre-heating, forming, filling, cap film convey, sealing, cooling, cutting, output, and the capacity can reach 8000-4000 cups/hour.

Feature:

1.    The machine structure consists of preheating system, forming system, filling system, cap film convey system, cooling system, cutting system, waste margin collecting system and cup output system, CIP device, centralized lubrication system and controlling system.

 

2.    The main machine frame is Stainless steel welding produced and the surface polishing

 

3.    The conveyor system is servo motor driving, chain wheel and reducer linear connected structure, which is simple and reliable with highly precise movement and scale division. Main driving shaft has position inspecting function, which can monitor moving position constantly.

 

4.    The preheating system adopts 4 - pole warm up board guiding rack, two preheating devices controlled by the pneumatic, omron temperature controlling module.

 

5.    The forming system is 7071 hard aluminum alloy material and with the design of cooling cycle water circuit, which guarantees the molding quality and prolongs the life span of the module.

 

6.    The filling system is outlay design which is convenient and easy for maintenance. The product enters into the jar from side at low position so as to avoid creating foam. Metering pump is plunger type and high cleaning structure. Precise measurement and complete cleaning. Filling with no leakage and a little foam.
