Smell Sensitive Material

1: Fragrance  principle:

 

Smell sensitive powder paints is using microcapsule technology, essence, in the open space, slowly release the fragrance, aroma can maintain for six months, up to more than two years. Or use pressure released microcapsules break let aroma release. 

Three forms of produce the fragrance: natural permeability, pressure and heat.

Purpose: using long-term fragrance characteristics of powder, used for sticker, or the long-term incense fragrance of textile products, etc.

 

2: The standard types of fragrance:

 

Existing 15 kinds of fragrance: roses, strawberries, honey and cypress, rosewood, lavender, jasmine, eucalyptus, lemon, orange, citronella oil, apples, peaches, camphor, mint, etc., can also customize other flavor.(lilac, osmanthus flowers, lily, tulip, marigold, cordate telosma, peony, orchid, grapes, banana, cherry, pineapple, mango, coconut, blueberry, camphor, chocolate, vanilla, coke, cinnamon, chewing gum, Onions, coffee, white wine, red wine, black pepper.)

 

 

Particle size of sensitive perfume microcapsule emulsion is 1 ~ 6μm, general heat resistance temperature is 140 ℃, good dispersibility. Can resistant to higher temperature, but will loss more aroma.

 

Particle size of smell sensitive powder  microcapsule is 1 ~ 10μm, general heat resistance temperature is 180 ℃, solvent resistance is not good, but has good dispersibility. Can resistant to higher temperature, but will loss more aroma.

 

3: Applications of smell sensitive products:

 

Recommended using scale:

 

Water emulsion used in water-based ink, coating                             15% 20% w/w

 

Smell sensitive powder used in oily ink, coating                              15% to 20% w/w

 

Smell sensitive powder used in plastic injection, extruding              0.7% to 3% w/w

 

Smell sensitive fragrant masterbatch used in plastic injection, extruding 3% to 7% w/w

 

If agglutinate phenomenon appears during storage of smell sensitive perfume cream, water bath heating stirring and dispersion to use again.

 

Note:

 

*. All kinds of smell sensitive fragrant materials shall be stored in a dry, room temperature and confined spaces, preservation period of smell sensitive perfume cream, smell sensitive powder, smell sensitive fragrant masterbatch is about 2 years.
