The electronic aluminium foil, i.e.Aluminium foil for lithium battery. Is called

battery aluminium foil. It is used as the current collector and tab. Generally, the

lithium-ion battery trade uses the hot rolling aluminium foil as the anode of cathode

collector. For common lithium batteries have such alloy designations as

1060.1050.1145 and 1235.as well as such status as O, H14,H24,H22 and H18.The

battery aluminium foil is used widely. And it is always used for the production of

power battery core material for handset, other electronic products, electric motor car,

electric tools, electric bus etc.

Battery aluminium foil is made of 1235 pure aluminium series of alloy, with the

features of beautiful appearance, high-precision surface, and flat profile etc. The

thickness range of common specifications is 0.012-0.020mm.The  width  can  be

selected as per the manufacturer's production equipment requirement. The lithium 

batteries of handset and other electronic products are generally 0.012-0.015mm thick,

but the power batteries of electric motor car and electric bus are 0.015-0.020mm 

thick.
