Nano/Micro SiO2 which is widely applied in variety of areas such as coating, ink, silicone rubber, adhesive, defoamers, plastics possess performances as follows:

  improve the hardness, scratch resistance and the wearing quality of products prominently;

  fine anti-adhesive, avoiding latex agglutination;

  improve the pollution resistance, corrosion resistance, scrub resistance and the water-resistance of products;

  improve the adhesion of products, brighten the coating;

  enhance the ageing and UV ray radiation resistance of products;

  improve the printability of ink;

  increase the glossiness and fullness of products.

  The silica powder should be first mixed with the matrix resin, and then other  additives such as defoamer, flatting agent, wetting agents and thickening agent, etc.

The addition amount could be adjusted to users' requirement.
