So here the jig separation has been suggested that separate the garnet by jig gravity separation, and magnetic separation for granules below 5mm. By the gravity separation the big block garnet can be separated out while the tailings is crushed to be -5mm to improve the beneficiation recovery rate by magnetic separation.
Our technician went to the garnet mine to see more to make sure about the jigging model most suitable for the garnet to gain the better beneficiation efficiency. And after the second test, Forui had made flow sheet and plant allocation for the clients and signed contract with the client.
Forui has completed trial machines, and we can do a mini free test for clients if samples can be available. Ans also flow sheet and plant allocation can be designed for customers accordingly.
