2-Usage:

The machine is used for drawing copper rod from 8.0mm to 1.5-3.2mm, which can be annealed before the outlet wire is

wound by the spool take up device or coiler.

1)-Each drawing capstan is controlled by separate AC motor and transmitted by speed reducer  The gear is processed by

import gear grinding machine, the bearing of reduce is Japan NSK.

2)-PLC synchronous control. When drawing big size wire, the unnecessary drawing capstans can be stopped separately,

which is energy saving and efficient.

3)-There is a small inclination between the axis of the drawing capstans and the gear box transmission axis.

This special design can avoid the wire from overlapping with each other on the drawing capstan surface.
