1.Application
The TITAN HPM/HPA series hydraulic baling press, there are 5 standard models available and the customized design according to the clients' specific requirements is also available. The system is mainly used to press non-metal waste like paper, cardboard, newspaper, waste plastic (plastic bottles, plastic films), Cola cans, clothes fabric, straw hay, municipal waste and loose material etc into a rectangular bale with a size suitable for truck transportation or containerization. The HPM (horizontal packing machine with manual tying system) and the HPA (horizontal packing machine with automatic tying system) are both optional for different demands.

Model & Efficiency
Various models for different demands and requirements, with a baling speed from 5~8 bales for HPM series, 8~12 bales/hour for HPA series;   
 
 
Chamber & bale
With a feeding conveyor system, the equipment can feed automatically; the HPM series ties the finished bale manually while the HPA series ties the finished bale automatically with an optimism bale weight & size that best fits the container transportation.
 
Bale-discharging system
Roller flat conveyor discharging, easy & continuous discharging and production, one single operator can operate the whole equipment;
 
Operation system
PLC automatic button control, HPM series is automatic packing with manually bale tying system while HPA series is full automatic for both packing and bale tying; remote controller is optional.
 
Power system & installation
Electrical power motor, where there is no electrical power, the diesel engine/generator is optional
