Principle
The heat resource of the graphite dryer is the burning device. Graphite dryer adopts the downstream heating method. The materials enter into the rotating cylinder from the feeding box and feeding chute and being pushed backwards by the spiral lifting board. Because the dryer is put tilted, the materials flow to the rear end by the gravity and rotating force. The materials lifted by the lifting board again and again—lifted and cast which makes a uniform veil in the cylinder. The materials make full heat exchange with the hot air in the cylinder. Because the constant lift and cast of the material, the moisture is gradually dried to achieve the drying effect.
