Comfortable foam splint for ankle stirrup brace

Splint is made of aluminum and closed-cell foam. The core of splint is thin aluminum plate and sandwiched by closed-cell foam. It is not only strong enough to support any fractured or injured limbs when bent, but also is lightweight and easy to store and use. So now the International Safety Equipment Association released that splint is one of the required supplies in the First Aid Kits.

How the splint works

Our splint is based on a simple principle-- it would become strong in vertical direction when the sheet is bent. This principle is used in many other industries. For example, color steel plate is always made of steel sheet with curves in order to increase rigidity greatly. So the splint can be strong enough to support injury limbs when bent.
