The beer brewery Tanks Jacketed Conical Fermentation Tanks are available from 1 Barrel to 100 Barrels.  The conical fermentation tanks have a dish top with cylindrical body.  The 60 Degree conical bottom is ideal for fermenting and improving the quality of beer as well as breeding yeast.  All tanks are food grade stainless steel 304 with a 3 mm thickness for 3BBL-70BBL, while larger tanks have a 4 mm thickness.  The cooling system is a dimple jacket with insulated polyurethane filling.  All tanks are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI.  The inside of the tanks are polished to Ra>.22um and the outside is a Brushed / Satin finish. 

The Conical Fermentor is a beautifully designed product for the discriminating brewer. Its features provide commercial brewery functionality at a consumer good price. It is easy to use and loaded with standard features.  100% Stainless Steel. All tanks come standard with 25% head space on top of working volume.  All Cone come standard with a Racking Arm.  Rotating Racking Arm is standard equipment!! Just like the Craft Brewers huge conical fermenters. This feature allows you to start your siphon with the racking arm horizontal, and rotate it slowly downward until you just start picking up yeast sediment. Clearly the best and only way to siphon clear beer or wine!
