1. What is your main products?

A: We can supply the aluminum window and door complete system (Including aluminum profile, glass, hardware, accessories), also can provide the aluminum profile only, then you process on your factory by yourself.

2. What's your price?

A: The price is based on buyer's specific requirements, so please provide below information to help us to quote you the exact price.

4>Glass thickness: 4-40mm, if you have no idea, we can give you suggestion according to your window size.

3. What is the standard size of your windows and doors?

A: Our windows and door is custom made, we always manufacture as per your dimension.

4: What is your delivery time?

A: 30days for 500 square meters.

5: Will we need to install the glass onsite or your windows come with the glass installed?

A: We will install glass at our factory based on windows/doors dimension to make sure they can be safe during transportation and it is easy for your to install the whole windows/doors on site directly.

 

6. What is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?

A: We provide 5 years warranty, including frame unfading nor peel- off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation.

If quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier.

7: What kinds of service will you provide?

A: We are able to provide the engineering as well as supervising service to guide installation our windows and doors, curtain wall as well.
