Machine function and characteristics
1 Turning thread on drill collar and drill pipe joint, diameter≤φ220
2 It is the 45°inclined machine bed, use heavy-duty roller straight-line guide rail, can bear heavy duty cut. It has the features of low friction coefficient, good dynamic property, good rigidity and stability, convenient to operate and remove chips, good water proof performance.
3 Spindle front bearing is dual taper-roller bearing for adjusting radial and axial clearance. Rear bearing is double row cylindrical roller bearing. The machine spindle structure can bear big radial and axial cutting force. Longitudinal and cross moving is driven Fanuc AC servo motor, it has good positioning accuracy /stable and reliable performance.
