Definition
KM anchorage system is a completed, independent building measure researched. It has been widely adoped by modern construction, especially used in pre-tension or post-tension for concrete constructions as building materials. KM Series products are composed of tensioning anchor, holding anchor, connectors. It can be used to lock the steel strand wires on/under clases of 2000MPa standard strength, which is usually in diameters of9.53mm\11.1mm\12.7mm\12.9mm\15.2mm\15.7mm\17.8mm\20.3mm\21.8mm.

Instructions
1. YM anchorage must be used with YM working wedge, and YM tool anchorage must be used with YM tool wedge.
2. Work anchorage can't substitute for tool anchorage.
3. YM series anchorage must be used with the same specification located plates of YM.
4. Anchorage must be well keeped to prevent rusting and dirts. Before installation, rusting and dirts must be cleand to prevent from damaging the internal thread of wedge which will fill in the alveolar of wedge when tension.
5. When install anchorage, O Dia of Anchor Head should put in hole of Anchor Bearing Plate, and the restraing plate must in the same direction with the hole of tool anchorage, and the strands cannot be twined around each other and dislocated.
Pre-Stressing Concrete Anchorage Tension Procedure
I Preparation:
1) Clean the remained concrete inside of the anchor bearing plate,wipe the strand out of rusty and mud.
2)Install anchorage, wedges and located plate.
II Location and installment of tension equipments
1) Get the tension jack ready and put in proper location in spot.
2) Install tool anchor,daub lube oil on outside of tool anchor wedges
III. Tension:
1)Turn on the hydraulic pump supply oil to jack tank slowly, till oil pressure reach up to the set-up value.
2) Measuring the extension length of the strand.
3) Make a data record for tension.
IV. Anchoring:
1) Loose the stop-current valve, let the pressure back to 0 gradually. When the gauge show zero, the anchoring move has been finished.
2) The pump collects the oil back to return way tank, the piston back to the bottom as beginning..
3) Unload jack and located plate.
IX. Seal the end:
1) Cutting out the over long remaining strand, seal the anchorage with concrete.
2) Grouting the concrete to the corrugated pipe, seal and grouting shall be within 24 hours.
