We manufacture Drill Pipe hardbanding machine (hardbander/ hardface machine) in many models, it can be controled by PLC or CNC. The machine can apply Arnco 100XT and 300XT, and other wires. It can weld hardface on 

Welding spec:

2 3/8" - 9" tool joint (It is available for 18 degree or 35 degree inclined surface, excircle, inclined surface can continues building-up welding)
2 3/8" - 9"  common drill pipe, heavy weight drill pipe, or there 18degree inclined surface

2 3/8" - 9" drilling stabilizer, and its 14degree inclined surface

 drill pipe, drill collar, tool joint 18°or 35°, and drill pipe 18°. Also it can weld hardface on drilling stabilizer (casing centralizer).
