2. The number of PET preform mould cavities is up to 96 cavities for standard neck finishes, such as PCO1881, PCO1810. The cam roller design for the thread splits helps operator maintenance freely.
3. Individual Valve-Gate unit with balanced hot runner system.
4. Dual Tapers design for Lock
5. Materials: Mould cavity, core, cavity: Germany 2316 or specified by customer.
Conditions:
1.) The mould are employed Germany HOTSET Coil Heaters.
2.) All cores and cavities are employed S136 stainless steel, and the main plate is employed P20.
3.) The delivery time is 40 days after receiving 40% down payment.
4.) The mould packaging is adopted wooden box.
