 1.Feeding system

 

Weft feeding method: the machine is equipped with automatically wire straightening and cutting machine, which can straighten and cut steel well before wefts filling,the length of wefts are identical and regular,it is unnecessory to slice the side. So the wefts falling automatically in welding process.

 

Warp feeding method: coil wires were put on the wire tray, inserting one side of the coil wire into through-hole solder wire mesh machine, then the entire welding process is automatically feeding. This way can save labor force and increase efficiency. 

 

 2.Welding system

 

The welding machine adopts PLC control technique both welding time and cent-control welding used Japanese Sony digital control system. Inputting on the touch screen control panel directly can adjust the mesh size,and also can weld different size of mesh on the same wire mesh sheet between weft and weft.

 

3.Pulling mesh system

 

Mesh panel drawing system adopts elastic tension link and mesh opening positioning device, it is easy and to regulate mesh hole and mesh opening size, welding aperture could adjust randomly within certain range.  

 

4.Automatic wire mesh cutting &  mesh rolling system 

 

This machine can weld continuous wire mesh sheets and wire mesh rolls. If you want to wire mesh rolls, the volume mesh machine can roll mesh automatically. If you want to wire mesh sheets, the automatic cutting machine can cut the wire mesh into fixed-size according to you need.
