Loctite High Viscosity Anaerobic Sealant Adhesive
It is a kind of single component adhesive can be used not only for bonding but also for sealing.
Scope of Application
It is widely applied on locking, sealing, immobilization, bonding, leaking stoppage, anaerobic adhesive become the necessary liquid tools in the mechanical area and widely applied in aviation, aerospace, military industry, auto-parts, machine, electronics and electrical engineering, etc.
Using Method
1. Clean the surface of object, keep it clean, dry and without oil.
2. Coat enough glue on the bolt to fill in all engaged screw thread, the working effect will be better if you choose the correct glue type. (versatile glue lies in different gap).
3. Also to the big size screw threads, the bigger gap will influence the bonding speed and strength. It will reduce the frictional force emerged when assembling(Torque tension ratio). Should confirm this ratio if need to lock the screw threads to critical value.
4. Full curing time is 24hours.
5. Temperature resistance: -60degrees to +165degrees.
