Principle of treatment:

This machine can release the laser energy within extremely short nanoseconds to form pulses (pulse width  : 10~20ns adjustable) with extremely high energy density, after the laser pulses are 

absorbed by the pathological pigment tissue, local shock waves are formed to burst the pigment 

tissue into tiny broken particles. Some of the   broken  particles  Metabolism in the epidermis.

Others are gradually eaten and digested by the phagocytes in the body in subsequent 

inflammatory reaction and are discharged out of the body.  Pathological pigment tissue will 

reduce until vanishing.  However , because the Normal skin tissues around can't absorb 1064nm or 532nm wavelength laser , they will not be hurt .As passive  Q switched  nd:  yag laser can only adjust the number of pulse but not  individual pulse energy ,it will be easy to occur Postoperative thermal 

damage and slight scar so we suggest doctor to pay more attention to it when doing the operation.

Applications: 

 

Remove pigmentations caused by skin lesions, mixed pigments and traumatic 

pigments.

 

1, pigmentations caused by skin lesions: Nevus of Ota, Nevus of Ito, nevus

 fuscocaeruleus  zygomaticus, seborrheic keratosis, macle,  junctional  naevus, melanosis , blue nevus,etc.For safe-au-lait-spots, it  needs  Multi-courses and the result  is  far from satisfaction.
