The zero baking self-flow material adopts the selected high aluminum material (grade II) as aggregate which will be approximately processed into round particles. The bauxite cement shall be added as coagulant rather rhan binding agent and then combined with special comprehensive anchoring agent to achieve zero baking. Owning to its excellent flowability, this material is applicable to the urgent repair of the furnace water-cooled tube and other parts.
