Specifications
New arrival, mainly apply for stranding the electrical wire and automobile wire and other small section area conductor.
One: Characteristics:
1.High rotation speed, max up to 2600rpm, is the 1.6 times than normal (1600rpm);
2.Use PLC, hysteresis clutch take-up device imported from German, tension sensor ensure the stable tension and high quality stranding wire, especially for high quality tight line.
3.Use carbon fiber bow, strong rigidity, uneasy-transformation, small shock, light weight, reduce air friction for high quality of conductors;
4.Use synchronous belt drive, just to replace the guide wheel to change the lay distance, easy to operate.
5.Use spindle to calculate meters, only 0.01% error for a certain wire&cable.
6.Use PLC automatically lubricate spindle bearing, avoid injecting too much or too little grease. Get rid of unnormal noise and worn, cost down for maintenance.
