Integral biological septic tank is glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin for the high strength glass fiber composite materials as the main material, using advanced FRP winding process making barrel with concave convex wheel shaped head structure. The wall thickness of the cylinder and the distance between the plate and the plate are used to calculate the strength of the ANSYS structure, the optimum design of the steel, the unique structure and the leading technology. Working Principle

Septic tank is kind of using precipitation and anaerobic fermentation principle was used to remove the primary treatment of sewage suspended solids in the organic matter to build a life sewage containing large amounts of excreta, scraps of paper, parasite and other impurities, the suspended solids concentration between 100~350mg/L. The suspension is organic BOD5 in 50-200mg/L. Sewage into the septic tank by 12-24h precipitation, removal of suspended solids 505-60%. Precipitated sludge through anaerobic digestion of more than 3 months, the sludge organic matter decomposition into stable inorganic material, easy to corruption of raw sludge into stable ripe sludge, changing the structure of sludge, reducing the moisture content of sludge.
