WTB Series Waste Oil Distillation to Base Oil
The history of waste lubricating oil regeneration technology is about several decades since 1970
s and 1980s in China. It encounters many difficulties and opportunities and the development exp
erienced up and down, but it made a lot of progress. Its development is as follows:
I. The development of technology
Waste lubricating oil regeneration goes through several steps
1. The simple refining phase
In 1970s and 1980s, some state-owned or collective enterprise collected their waste lubrication
2.Simple distillation+Refining
3 High vacuum distillation-complex refining
With the development of the vacuum technology, high vacuum unit technology's maturity, people
start to use high vacuum technique. The high vacuum will reduce the distillation temperature to b
elow 300 degree, so the quality of the treated oil is raised obviously, and the refining starts devel
op to the complicated way.
II. Our company's manufacturing technique
Waste oil regeneration technology mainly formed of four parts: pretreatment + distillation + refining + reconciliation.
Pretreatment: flocculation + filtration.
Distillation: air distillation + reduced pressure distillation + high vacuum distillation.
Refining: acid-base clay refining or solvent refining
Reconciliation: can supply lube or transformer oil etc.'s reconcile solutions.
