Adds Roots vacuum system, second stage of separating system to improve the efficiency of purification. It can remove free soluble water, carbon, free and dissolved gases, and particulate matters from insulating oil effectively and rapidly.

Series ZYD oil purifier is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil. It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

 

Application:

According to user's requirements, we developed Series ZYD mobile insulating oil purifier, this machine is mainly used for dealing with unqualified transformer oil, switch oil, mutual inductor oil, ZYD belong to Double-stage transformer oil purifier can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength, effectively making sure electric equipments working safely and normally.  ZYD oil purifier is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil. It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling. The best advantage of ZYD is that can move long distance working in field.

 

Transformer Oil Filtration Machine PERFORMANCE:

Water Removal: Overall Water Content ≤5 PPM by removing free, emulsified, and dissolved water.

Particulate Removal: Particle counts as low as 1 micron. Entrained Air and Gas Removal ≤ 0.3%

Acid Removal: can be equipped with fullers earth towers to neutralize acid and Lower TAN to < 0.03 KOH/g

Dielectric Strength :≥70 kV per ASTM 877

Features:

1. Two separating house made by stainless steel. Oil flow by rotation in stereo evaporation to degas and dehydrate well. (Patent no. ZL200420061085.6).

2. The combination of axial fan and condenser make vapor from vacuum pump and roots pump into water, it can prolong time to change vacuum oil while meet emission standard.

3. Multiple Filter Housings With Cartridge Style Filter Elements, big filtering area to hold more particles.

4. Control system: IEC standard with each wire marked. tri-unity control to avoid wrong operation as lack-phase, wrong phase and overload.

5. Oil level in vacuum tank is controlled by photoelectric switch, which is flexible and accurate. No oil-spraying. (Patent no.: ZL200420060973.6).

6 .Closed type antirust cover mounted on the truck frame, suitable for outdoor using, easy for moving.
