2.Application:D2, was known as a widely used cold-work die steel with high contents of carbon & chromium. As the excellent nature in hardenability , Abrasive resistance, inoxidability, rust resistance, and less deformed in heat treatment, it was

proverbially used in making high class and long lifetime cold work moulds, cutting tools and measures.
