Composition of mechanism:
Epoxy self leveling includes two parts of concrete base and epoxy self leveling floor coating.
(1)Concrete base: the strength of the grade is not less than C25 of a concrete casting molding, the floor has a pressure resistance, impact resistance requirements, the concrete base can be treated with two-way steel mesh.
(2)Self leveling epoxy coating ground: bottom coating, coating, coating putty layer.
Base coating, epoxy primer, the penetration and adhesion of super strong epoxy primer, continuous coating into film, no leakage, enhance the adhesion of the surface layer.
In the middle layer of the coating, the epoxy resin mortar layer, the epoxy two component to add the appropriate amount of 100 mesh quartz sand, enhance the coating surface smoothness and the strength of the coating.
