 Commonly used for high temperature furnace within 3000℃, can be used in every kinds of high heat-conduction graphite film ( PI film), negative material for lithium battery, carbonization of carbon material and graphitization production; Setting of carbon fiber filament and other materials  sintering under the carbon environment

●Uniformity of furnace temperature:
The equipment adopts medium frequency power supply induction for heating, high efficiency: the unique design for furnace body can greatly improve the temperature uniformity. Limit heating rate: 100 DEG C / min (it depends on the high temperature zone volume and the structure of furnace for empty furnace ) furnace temperature uniformity ±10℃, temperature control accuracy ±1℃.
●High degree automation of the equipment:
1.All automatic control, displaying various of parameters by touch screen, perfect alarm and shut down protection device. All automatic control of water-electric-gas, easy and simple operating.
2.The power supply cabinet adopts seal structure, the chamber comes with water cooling and air cooling radiator, No heat exchange with the outside air, advanced temperature control system, adopting imported digital intelligent temperature control table, can be achieved data communication with PLC, full automatic and high precision temperature measurement-control process, the system can rise the temperature according to the temperature rise level give, and it can store twenty pieces heating curves of total 400 sections different.

4. Adopting high performance gas-purification machine from Chinese Academy of Science

research & development and production, The oxygen content of the gas can be reduced to 1PPMV, and the dew point temperature can be reduced to -70℃.
