●Application
 Mainly used for producing various of tungsten carbide, titanium carbide, vanadium carbide and carbon containing products; sintered alloy and molybdenum products etc. 
●Feature
 On the basis of the Sweden Sendonvick, the addition of a high performance, intelligent temperature control system and a full range of temperature regulation and protection functions, with advanced man-machine dialogue and fault self diagnosis function. The product quality through this type equipment producing is much better than traditional carbon tube furnace, it is the replacement product of carbon tube furnace; high temperature zone size of 450mm x 1000mm; production of 1.2t, maximum temperature of 2300℃C; working atmosphere of hydrogen gas or vacuum.

The highest working temperature of 2300℃,suitable for most of process necessary, working atmosphere furnace inner:H2,N2; H2 flow rate of 1.5m3/h, N2 flow rate  of 2m3/h, temperature measurement: temperature measurement with infrared optics, the range of temperature measurement: 800~2200℃ or 0~2300℃; temperature measurement precision: 0.2~0.75%;

●Uniformity of furnace temperature

Ultimate speed of temperature rise: 100℃/min(empty furnace), temperature uniformity: ≤±10℃; temperature control: PID intelligentialize control and manual control program; temperature control precision: ±1℃
