1.Main transmission is gear transmission with high precision and the ring die adopt the technology of quick-release and hoop type.So the efficiency is higher 20% than the belt transmission.
2.The transmission parts of the machine include bearing and oil seal,they are imported and high quality so as to ensure the transmission efficiency, stable, low noise.
3.Using the compensation type snake like spring coupling with high quality.It have the advantages of
novel structure, compact, safe, low fault etc.
4.The machine have special feeding mechanism,it can make the feeding evenly.It is special designed for
pressing various lightweight materials of 0.3-0.6g/cm3.
5.The machine is equipped with overload protection device to protect the equipment host.
6.The rotating speed of the feed auger is adjustable to meet various output.
