The head immobilizer is made of HDPE plastic. There are 2 round holes on the 2 sides to observe the bleeding or drainage. This whole product has no metal, so it doesn't have to take off under X-ray, CT or MRI. It is washable, waterproof and anti-infection, and can be used with spine boards or scoop stretchers.
