●Application: 

 IF silicon carbide sintering furnace is a batch-type of induction heating furnace, mainly used in the sintering of hard alloy and powder metallurgy industry producing size of silicon carbide powder, silicon carbide seal ceramic sintering, pressureless sintering of silicon carbide and titanium carbide powder and vanadium carbide powder and metal powder and composite metal powders.
●Feature:

 1.Silicon carbide sintering furnace is the key equipment of producing silicon carbide material, the silicon carbide products sintered by this equipment has excellent processing property.Products of uniform strength, complete reaction, combination of high content and good quality; with dewaxing system, strengthen the dewaxing effect, more stable atmosphere in the furnace, extending the service life of carbon felt and the heating material.Using resistive or inductive heating, graphite tube heater of long service life, good heating effect, convenient maintenance.

2.Horizontal structure, single room, front door or double doors front and back, simple and convenient operation. The equipment layout is reasonable and compact, small occupying area.

3.The cooling of the furnace body is cooled by natural cooling, and the low temperature section can be cooled by filling the inert gas with positive pressure to speed up the cooling rate. Exclusive design of the furnace body explosion-proof valve, safe and reliable.

 4.Maximum operating temperature: 1800, 2500, the working atmosphere: hydrogen, nitrogen, inert gas, temperature measurement: far infrared optical temperature measurement, temperature measurement range 800~2400 or 0~2400, accuracy of temperature measurement 0.2~0.75%.

 Ultimate temperature speed rising: 50/min.(empty furnace),temperature uniformity:±10,temperature control: process control and manual control, accuracy of temperature control:±1.

High automation equipment:

1.2500 ultra high temperature furnace body, which can meet the various size of silicon carbide and silicon carbide seal ceramic sintering, pressureless sintering of silicon carbide, titanium carbide, vanadium carbide, metal powder and composite metal powders.

2.The digital programmable intelligent temperature control system, automatic high precision temperature measurement and temperature control system can complete the process, according to the given temperature curveheating, and can store twenty a total of 400 different process heating curve.

3.Using water cooling system, digital flow monitoring system, using high performance intermediate frequency contactor for automatic conversion of the furnace body; comprehensive PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection system.

The system can obviously improve the quality of carbide, compared with the traditional carbide furnace, with complete reaction, uniform particle size, combined with high carbon content and free carbon content low and such advantage, high yield, good working conditions, long service life.
