This machine has been designed to satisfy the current anti-pollution requirements and for the protection of the working environment. It allows the automatic spraying in line of varnishing products on picture frames, valances, match boarding, door and window parts, furniture elements etc. up to 400 mm wide.

1. A PLC control system, equipped with a big display, checks all the machine functions. 
2. A special dry filtering device allows the retaining of the dust produced during the spraying phase.
3. Specialized paint reclaiming system, 3 overspray tanks.
4. Closed spraying chamber. 
5. Its' suitable for many kinds of paints, such as UV, PU, PE, NC, etc.
6 The motorized rolls transport system allows a correct feeding of pieces.
7 Every kind of automatic spraying gun (hvlp, air mix or airless) can be assembled to this machine.
