Q2.How to get the most suitable machine and best price?

Please send us mail or inquiry with the answer of working area, which material you will process and How to working on it ? Engraving, Cutting, Or other ?

 

Q3: If we do not know how to use the machine?

1. If you come to China and test the machine, we will teach and guide you to study and operate the machine as free until you could operate the machine by yourself.

2. If you do not want to come China, We could arrange one engineer to your factory to guide and teach, but you need afford cost, like go-back tickets, board and lodging in your country.

 

Q4: How long delivery time?

1. Standard machine will need about 10 working days

2. Pneumatic Spindle and ATC CNC Router will need about 15 working days.

3. Non-standard model machine will need about 20-30 working days. We promise that won't spend more than your expected days.

 

Q5: How long is the warranty?

Equipment warranty period is 12 months since the machine starts working (except force majeure, inappropriate operation and the quick-wear parts)

Q7.How about the documents after shipment?

After shipment, we'll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L,and other certificates as required by clients. And We will send operation manual and other documents you need with machine.

 

Warranty:

 

12 months of the whole machine. Within 12 months under normal use and maintenance, if something is wrong with the machine, the buyer could send the spare parts back to our company, then we will offer you the spare parts for free (not including the easy-damaged spare parts).

 

Out of 12 months, we will offer you spare parts at cost price. We will offer you technical support and service all the lifetime.
