Features:
Sand maker is being used to crush various stones with different hardness in medium and fine crushing area, such as iron ore, non ferrous metal, emery, bauxite, quartz sand, basalt, etc. Which can be widely used in various metallic and nonmetallic ores, cement, abrasive material, glass, construction material, machine-made sand, metallurgy, etc. with best feeding size from 30mm to 50mm.
Features:

Working Principle:
Material vertically falls down into high rolling impeller cavity through the upper part of machine, and it hits and crushes another part of material that distributing around the impeller with umbrella form under great centrifugal force. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impeller and shell, hitting each other several times; finally smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported by conveyor belt, and those overlarge material will be sent back to sand maker to be re-crushed.
