Door cabinet Auto spray painting machine
The machine is for curved surface painting spraying. Simple control, strong fix, automatic fully, ideal choice for most client.
suitable for all kinds of door, cabinet, steel board, solar panel, decorative materials and other similar products.
Feeding system:
- Use the best steel structure
- Wire Rope feeding, special for big plate product
- No need the paint thinner to clean the wire rope. Reduce the cost.
Spraying system:
- the reciprocate speed can be up to 100m/min. Every machine has two pcs reciprocate.
- Every reciprocate has installed 2 pcs spray gun (Japan) and 1 pc membrane pump with pneumatic drive. So standard setting is 4 pcs spray gun and 1 pc membrane pump.
- 1 or 2 pcs spray gun can be stalled on side. Option by client.
- Spray gun height be adjustable.
- Auto Infrared width measuring system
- The spray technical parameters is setted on the screen. Omron products
Air circling system:
To keep the air clean, it has been filtered twice before into the spraying room
Two pressure funs has been set on the inlet. Accelerating the paint mist flow, avoid the step time and spread.
Remark: the spray gun can be chose at different position.
