In air or liquid pipeline, Butterfly valve is cutting fluids, controlling role-off and controlling media traffic. It can be divided
into sealed butterfly valve (the valve plate with rubber seals) and hard sealing butterfly valve (the valve plate without
rubber seals, metal to metal seal forms).
Application:
It used to control the oil off between transformer and radiators orBuchholz relay.
Features: The basic characteristics of butterfly valves is simple structure, light weight, open and close rapidly,long
operating life, reliable sealing, easy to adjust and labor-saving features. The main structure consists of the valve body,
the valve stem and the valve plate and sealing gaskets. As per the form of sealing,butterfly valve are divided into two
main types ,including sealed valve plate and metal to metal seal valve.

The main technical requirements:
1, the butterfly valve is metal to metal seal or fastening in the form of sealed, the surface free of burrs or scratches and
other defects.
2, butterfly valve seal leakage test shall be at 0.5MPa transformer oil pressure one hour, the maximum allowable leakage:
Does not exceed 0.5dm / h. Sealed type no leakage.
3, each butterfly valve includes the following accessories:
 Screw, nut, (fasteners with hot-dip zinc treatment or stainless steel products)  two pcs of O-shaped fluoro rubber seals .
 4, the outer surface of the valve plate with hot-dip zinc treatment, and brushing a layer of epoxy primer and a layer of
paint RAL 7038 (7033).
5,During the delivery process,the butterfly valve requires to be packed by cartons, plastic film should be used to protect
butterfly valve.
