Single Girder Overhead Crane
Single girder overhead crane runs on an elevated runway system along the length of a factory, the hoist moves the load up and down, and the bridge of the crane moves the load forward and backward. It is characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole, the main beam and end carriage are made by Usection steel plate. It is used together with CD1/MD1 model or HC/HM model wire rope electric hoist as a complete set. Widely used in plants, warehouses, material stocks to lift goods. It is prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible, explosive to corrosives environment.

Structure
1. The frame of crane beam is square box frame, it is made by Q235 or Q345 steel plate, it has smaller body to get more lifting space.  
2. The lifting unit is wire rope electric hoist, it is low headroom frame electric hoist, it takes smaller space on vertical direction.  
3. This overhead crane(bridge crane) has several safe protection functions, such as up/down limit switch, overload protection, low-voltage protection and long traveling limit switch, and the cross and long traveling motors have soft start function, the crane is very easy to use.
4. This overhead crane(bridge crane) is widely used in plants, warehouses, material stocks to lift goods. It is prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible, explosive to corrosives environment.
5. The all motions of this overhead crane are double speeds, the lifting motor is double speed type, the cross traveling motor and long traveling motor are controlled by frequency inverter.

LDP type single girder overhead crane 
It belongs to very low clearance light
duty equipment. Electric hoist is at 
the side of the main girder, so it will
 increase service space of hook and 
reduce the cost, so it is widely used
 in the situation of low headroom
 workshop.

Packing and Delivery
1. Delivery time
  Within 15 ~20 business day after the receipt of deposit.
2. Packaging
 Wood case for electric parts, accessories;large sections will be loaded onto bulk cargo shipafter packing.
3. Payment terms
   FOB, CFR and CIF are common trade terms. We can accept payment terms: TT, L/C, west unit, DP, DA and other.
4. Installation
   The installation team can be sent to local site to install for customer.
5.Warranty
   We'll be responsible for maintenance if our product itself has quality problem during one year after receiving.
