The extruder with vertical gear reducer adopts automatic temperature-control system to adjust melting temperature; the screw and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel and done treatment of nitrogenization. The double-die can realize single or double-face coating; width of coating &laminating can be regulated; stepless speed regulation is to control coating thickness and laminating speed. The photoelectric meter of edge correcting assures the accuracy of coating. Automatic edge cutting, counting, edge-blowing, perforating, edge-folding, cutting-off and winding devices are applied.
