Specifications
This machine is our new product best on Italian hot filling technique and our many years of production experience. Three functions washing, filling, capping are composed one body, reasonable design, beautiful outsider status, easy for operation and maintenance, full automatic. It is used for filling juice, tea and milk drinking.
Technical characteristics:
(1)This equipment adopts hanging bottle conveyor method, it is reliable. It does just need to change a small number of spare parts for changing different bottles.
(2)The filling part adopts Italian technique and low gravity type vacuum filling principle. Second open valve technique is adopted to ensure full filling process level.
(3)Spring type bottle clip, empty bottle automatic over 180 degrees by rail, to washing the bottle inside.
(4)Capping parts adopt Italy advanced technology, magnetic torque capping head. And the height of the cap part can be adjustable , it can be suitable for capping different height of the bottles.
(5)The whole machine adopts Human-machine interface, PCL controller, full automatic control technology with Frequency-converter stepless speed regulating. The equipment will stop when the temperature is low, and it does automatic control the feeding and back flow. Without bottle without cap, When no bottles available, the machine will be in waiting state, and no caps will be applied. When no caps available , or the bottles are jammed, the machine will stop automatically.
High speed pressure filling realizes accurate and high speed filling with very few reflux rate.
