basic processing route:

Flame retardants and metering feed additives powder first high-speed mixer,and adding additives liquid,powder surface coupling dispersion,surface treatment after adding resin,after mixing into the mixer or mixer,the mixer evenly into double cone feeding machine,after the double order machine mixing granulation .considering the characteristics of the material easy to moisture absorption,therefore,optimizing the air-filled keen way of granulation.

 Application:low smoke no halogen cable material,radiation crosslinking low smoke no halogen cables,high flame retardant cable material,etc.
