Common polyester conveyor belt is also named as EP conveyor belt, and has the features of warp low elongation and excellent weft trough formation property as its tensile body is canvas interwoven by warp terylene and weft polyamide, good water resistance, unchanged wet strength, no mildew, and lower safety factor as the initial modulus of polyester is high, and is suitable for conveying materials in medium and long distance and high transmission capacity at a high speed. 

 

It is suitable for conveying under normal room temperature and can be used on various non-corrosive pointless lumps, granular or powders such as coal, coke, sand and cement in either bulk or packaged products.

The edges of the belt are custom made and depending on the required use, can either be cut-edged or 
mould-edged.

All the belts we provide meet cover grades and are in accordance with International standards (e.g. DIN 22102, RMA, AS 1332, SABS 1173/2000,IS 1891, BS 490, JIS K 6322 etc)

Belts are available in any width up to 100inch, depending on the requirement.

Covers are manufactured for any required thickness. The selection of top and bottom cover thickness would depend on the loading cycle, material and need for balanced constructions.

Accordance with different applications, we can produce different grades of belt as following:

 1) Heat Resistant Belt

According to the temperature of working environments, we can manufacture 3 different grades heating resistant belt, including up to 120℃ grade (HR120), up to 150℃ grade (HR150), up to 180℃ grade (HR180) and up to 200℃ grade (HR200) .Generally used by cements and steel works.

2) Abrasion Resistant (≤90mm3) / super abrasion resistant (≤60mm3) Belt

Generally used for transport the hard or shaped materials, like iron ore, diamond, copper and other minerals.

3) Oil Resistant Belt

Generally used for wood, papermaking, oil-based grain transportation.

4) Acid/Alkali Resistant Belt

Always used in Chemical materials transportation.

5) Cold Resistant Belt

The belt can work in some cold environment, like Northeast of China, Russia and North European countries.

6) Fire Resistant Belt

Always used in underground coal mining, steel works and so on. 

7) conventional Belt

Generally used for small powder, grain and block materials.
