(1) Main extruder machine screw:

YJ35~YJ65 screw available for option, high quality screw, frequency converter, Siemens frequency converting motor drive, good plastication, stable power output;

(2)Vacuum cooling water tank:

Stable calibration, high dimension precision, the body of the water tank is imported SUS304 material, up-down, left-right, front-back 3D adjustable, easy to be operated, with stainless steel water storage tank, cooling water could be recycled, no splash to the floor.

(3) Tractor machine:

High precision ball guiderail system, center height adjusting, open-close adjusting, high wear-resistant surface foam PU multi-wedge belt, frequency conversion controller, tractor speed stepless adjustable, motor power: 0.75~2.2KW; stable linear speed.

(4) Saw blade cutter:

Alloy saw blade; special motor for high speed saw blade (with special clamp for the saw blade, stable, quiet);

Precise reciprocating online cutting platform (whole course through precise straight line guiderail);

Optical sensing length-setting device;

PLC control, 5 inch color touch screen operation panel;

Automatic turnover collection stand;

Online cutting accuracy: 0.5mm.
